Cayman Island and AvW Gruppe AG, Krumpendorf/Austria have informed us
that their joint share in the voting rights of RHI AG fell below the 
threshold of 5% on 21 September 2007. Taking into account the most 
recent conversions of RHI convertible bonds with effect from 1 
October 2007, the shareholder structure of RHI AG is composed as 
follows: Free Float < 70%; MS Private Foundation > 25%; Dr. Wilhelm 
Winterstein > 5%;
