At its extraordinary meeting held today, the
Supervisory Board of RHI AG appointed Thomas Fahnemann Chairman of 
the Management Board of RHI AG with effect from 1 January 2009. He 
succeeds Andreas Meier, who today resigned from this function with 
effect from 31 December 2008.
