Wien (euro adhoc) - On March 4, 2013 the closing of the acquisition of 43.6% of
the share capital of Orient Refractories Ltd. (ORL) occurred.
The open offer to the public shareholders of ORL for up to an additional 26% of
the shares will commence with the issuance of SEBI's final observation and is
expected to occur within the next weeks.
