Berlin, 29 November 2011. - Marseille-Kliniken AG (Prime Standard, ISIN DE
0007783003, MKA) announces the complete placement of partial bearer bonds with a
total nominal amount of EUR 15 million. The partial bonds (ISIN DE000A1MASB1)
are expected to be introduced to trading at the Open Market of the Frankfurt
Stock Exchange on 30 November 2011. Duration will be two years with a coupon of
9.5 per cent in the first and 12.5 per cent in the second year.
The offer was executed by way of a private placement to institutional investors
in Germany and Europe.
