As the first-time audit of the annual financial statements of CURANUM AG in accordance with IFRSs will take longer than originally planned, the balance sheet press conference provisionally scheduled for March 28 and the analysts conference initially planned for March 29 have unfortunately been delayed. The annual figures are now due to be announced on April 7, 2006.
The Management Board is expecting to achieve the forecast results for the 2005 financial year. On the basis of business developments to-date in the 2006 financial year, we are also confident of meeting our current forecasts.
