MetaSolv Software, Inc., a global leader in comprehensive service fulfillment solutions for next-generation communications service providers, today announced that Cellcom Israel, the leading telecommunications operator in Israel, has selected MetaSolv's IP service activation solution to provision mobile convergent access services across their extensive MPLS VPN network.
