WISeKey Unveils WISePhone.CH at Mobile World Congress 2014

WISeKey, a leading Geneva-based eSecurity company has launched a new WISePhone.ch product suite today at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, the world's largest mobile event. This new product generation provides individuals with the same level of digital protection traditionally provided to large-scale private and public entities.
In view of the growing consumer demand for digital id and data protection for individuals, WISeKey has brought together its WISeID app and WISePhone in one singular product configuration. WISePhone.ch. provides the technology and the ability for its users to communicate freely and in full confidentiality with their peers, family or friends, by voice, video and instant messaging, creating the first worldwide secure, encrypted and Trusted Social Network Telecom platform.
WISePhone.ch voice encryption products and services were initially designed and deployed beginning in 2010 for large user groups in public and private organizations. The product has lately been extended into a consumer platform and service targeting global markets. Today, the platform hosted in Switzerland from WISeKey's zero-risk bunker deep in the Swiss Alps is providing Secure Cloud Storage allowing users to securely exchange sensitive data and Identity Management with WISeID.
WIsePhone provides its own client application available on Google Play and Apple's App Store, the platform goes even further on innovation by giving the possibility to interconnect users using different mobile or desktop applications supporting various encryption protocols.
