My client, Dr. Evgeniy O. Adamov, has requested me to publish following statement:
"I respectfully decline simplified extradition to either country. My arrest at the behest of the United States was illegal. I intend to leave this prison as a free man, to return to my homeland as a free man, and then to fight, as a free man, the baseless charges that have been levelled against me in any court."
