Frankfurt Stock Exchange publishes delisting decision regarding Micronas Semiconductor Holding AG

The Frankfurt Stock Exchange has today published its decision regarding the delisting of the shares of Micronas Semiconductor Holding AG from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Prime Standard Segment). Accordingly, Micronas shares will only be traded on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange until December 20, 2005.
Micronas had announced on July 8, 2005, to delist its shares from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange due to low trading volumes. Micronas shares will continue to be traded on the SWX Swiss Exchange.
