Boudry, 31 May 2007 - As previously announced, authorized capital has been created through the issue of 72,000 new shares with a par value of CHF 10.- for the purpose of refinancing the acquisition of RHe Microsystems GmbH and Reinhardt Microtech AG. The issue price has now been set by the company´s Board of Directors at CHF 98. The new shares are fully subscribed and underwritten by a Swiss bank. Application has been made for the new shares to be listed on the SWX Swiss Exchange, starting 4 June 2007.
