Nuremberg, December 10, 2008 - On December 9, 2008 at 23:18 hours, Kyocera Mita Corporation, Osaka, Japan, announced pursuant to § 21 Paragraph 1 of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that on December 5, 2008 it had exceeded the 30 % threshold, and on December 9, 2008 had exceeded the 50 % threshold, and now holds a direct stake of 51.66 % (this corresponds to 28,608,839 of a total of 55,381,257 voting rights) in TA Triumph-Adler AG.
Kyocera Mita Corporation had previously announced on November 18, 2008 that it would submit a voluntary public takeover offer to shareholders at an offer price of EUR1.90 per share in order to expand its stake in TA Triumph-Adler AG beyond the 29.9 % it had held until that date.
