Eindhoven, September 21, 2005 - NAVIGATOR Equity Solutions N.V. has
taken a share in publicly quoted German PC-Manufacturer and consumer
electronics distributor Lintec Information Technologies AG (ISIN:
DE000A0EZF12; URL: www.lintec.de) and now holds greater than 10% of
the share capital of Lintec. Lintec is currently undergoing a period
of restructuring. The investment is part of Navigators "Special
Situations" investment strategy and has been entered into based on a
long term, strategic view. For Lintec the capital increase has
created the basis for an extended working capital line from its banks
and an indemnity guarantee by the German Federal State of Saxony.
