Eindhoven, February 27, 2006 - NAVIGATOR Equity Solutions N.V. issues
2,859,600 new shares with a nominal value of euro 0.10 per share from
the capital authorized at the Shareholder’s Meeting on May 31, 2005.
Pre-emptive rights will be excluded. The issue price is euro 0.23 per
share. The new shares qualify for dividends for the full fiscal year
2005. After the capital increase the company will have an issued
capital of euro 3,145,560 consisting of 31,455,600 shares with a
nominal value of euro 0.10 per share.
