BEVERLY HILLS, California, February 14, 2006 - Spark Networks plc
(Prime Standard Frankfurt: MHJG, AMEX: LOV), a leading provider of
online personals services, is pleased to announce that its American
Depository Shares (ADSs) have been approved to trade on the American
Stock Exchange (AMEX) under the ticker symbol "LOV."  This creates a
dual listing for Spark Networks, on AMEX and the Frankfurt Stock
Exchange, where it has been listed since 2000.  This move is a
logical step forward for Spark as a company, since the lion’s share
of its business and its corporate base of operations is in the United
States. This listing will benefit Spark Networks shareholders and
give the company greater access U.S. investors.
