Under the terms of the agreement, MetaMatrix will join the Siebel Alliance Program as a CRM OnDemand Software Partner.
With the announcement of the partnership, MetaMatrix provides Siebel CRM OnDemand customers with a unique ability to integrate on-premise operational, analytic and business performance data with Siebel's market leading CRM OnDemand platform without the need to engage in large, expensive integration projects. In addition, Siebel CRM OnDemand customers now have an ability to identify and unleash silo-ed, corporate information by leveraging MetaMatrix's comprehensive metadata management capabilities.
Siebel customers value the simplicity and ROI achieved with the Siebel CRM OnDemand platform. However, as the market moves aggressively towards business performance management (BPM), Siebel CRM OnDemand customers seek to combine hosted sales and customer information with operational data stored in on-premise corporate databases including inventory, order, budgeting and forecasting data. Utilizing the sophisticated capabilities provided by MetaMatrix's industry leading EII platform, Siebel CRM OnDemand customers can access this data seamlessly regardless of the where and how the data is stored. MetaMatrix has committed to submitting a certification test suite to Siebel for validation in the second quarter of 2005.
