Horizon21 to acquire full ownership of HPM

Horizon21 Wealth Management Holding, a subsidiary of Horizon21 Holding, extends its stake in HPM Portfolio Management AG (HPM), Pfaeffikon SZ, Switzerland, from 60 to 100 percent. Next to the full acquisition of HPM the transaction includes the integration of Horizon21 Wealth Management. The transaction is expected to be completed by June 30, 2006. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
All employees of HPM will be integrated with Horizon21 Wealth Management. In this way, its presence on the market is strengthened and its position expanded. Pfaeffikon SZ, June 29, 2006
