1. On June 26, 2007 the voting interests held by Global Opportunities (GO) Capital Asset Management B.V., Amsterdam/The Netherlands, in Thielert AG exceeded the threshold of 20% and now amounts to 20.35%. This is equal to 4,047,631 shares. 20.35% of the voting shares, which are hold by Global Opportunities Fund directly, are attributable to Global Opportunities (GO) Capital Asset Management B.V. in accordance with § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the WpHG.
2. On June 26, 2007 the voting interests held by Global Opportunities Fund, Amsterdam/The Netherlands, in Thielert AG exceeded the threshold of 20% and now amounts to 20.35% This is equal to 4,047,631 shares.
3. On June 26, 2007 the voting interests held by Global Opportunities (GO) Capital Asset Management N.V., Amsterdam/The Netherlands, in Thielert AG exceeded the threshold of 20% and now amounts to 20.35%. This is equal to 4,047,631 shares. 20.35% of the voting shares, which are hold by Global Opportunities Fund directly, are attributable to GO Capital Asset Management B.V. in accordance with § 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 and sent. 2 of the WpHG.
