On July 13, 2007 Scottish Widows Plc, Edinburgh/United Kingdom, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Lloyds TSB Group Plc, has fallen below the 5% threshold and now has a notifiable interest in 1,026,598 shares of Thielert AG, Hamburg/Germany. This equates to 4.844% of the issued share capital. This is worked out on a share capital of 21,192,130 shares. 4.844% (1,026,598 shares) voting rights are attributed to Lloyds TSB Group Plc pursuant to sec. 22, para 1, sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG through Scottish Widows Plc.
