August 25, 2008 - asknet AG, one of the
leading providers of outsourcing solutions for global software 
distribution via the Internet (Electronic Software Distribution - 
ESD) announced today that CollabNet®, the leading provider of 
solutions for distributed software development, has chosen the asknet
eCommerce solution to run its online commerce business worldwide.
asknet has just posted strong sales growth of 38 percent in the first
half of 2008, mainly driven by attracting new major software 
publishers for its eCommerce solution. With CollabNet using the 
asknet platform, the eDistribution provider is delivering on the 
promise outlined in the half year financial statement to further 
expand its international customer base.
With more than 1.5 million desktops and two million developers, the
