Michael Scheib leaves the Executive Board

Karlsruhe (euro adhoc) - July 12, 2011 - asknet AG, a leading supplier of global
eCommerce solutions for software and digital media companies, has announced that
Michael Scheib, CEO, will be leaving the Executive Board. The Supervisory Board
and Michael Scheib mutually agreed to suspend his existing Executive Board and
employment contract with effect from July 15, 2011. The remaining Executive
Board members Michael Konrad and Dr. Dietmar Waudig will lead the company in the
future.

Michael Konrad will take on Michael Scheib´s responsibilities, the eDistribution
segment, in addition to his own duties. Dr. Dietmar Waudig remains responsible
for the ePortals segment as well as Technology and Infrastructure. The
experienced and well-versed executive duo will continue to consistently improve
the result with view to sustainable profitability.
