Reorganisation of corporate communications Gerda Königstorfer appointed as Group spokesperson

The ongoing growth of the Rosenbauer Group with regard to sales and earnings and the increase in free float has created fresh challenges for the future in the field of corporate communications.
In the course of a reorientation process, the entire corporate communications system has been reorganised. Gerda Königstorfer (34), who until now has been responsible for investor and public relations, has been appointed as Group spokesperson. Apart from her existing assignments in the IR and PR fields, she will now assist the Rosenbauer Executive Board in communications issues and bear responsibility for dealing with the business and general press and specialist fire brigade publications.
Product advertising is now the direct responsibility of the individual business areas. The co-ordination of all advertising activities will be administered centrally. The contact person with regard to all advertising matters will be Andrea Schiffer. The classic in-house advertising department has been disbanded in the course of this reorientation.
The clear focus of this new direction is on fast, targeted and stakeholder-oriented corporate communications.
