Today´s Extraordinary General Meeting of Christ Water Technology AG unanimously agreed to sell the Pharma & Life Sciences business and approved the sale and transfer contract with BWT AG.
Votes present: 5,636,838 Votes YES: 5,633,406 Votes NO: 0 Abstentions: 3,432 votes The resolution was passed with: 100.00%
Upon successful completion, CHRIST will focus in water technology on the globally active businesses Desalination and Municipal Water, Ultrapure Water, green technologies and industrial wastewater treatment and wastewater recycling.
