Christ Water Technology AG ("CWT" or the "Company"; ticker symbol CWT
/ Vienna Stock Exchange) announces new calendar date of disclosure
for the interim report as at June 30, 2010 with October 12, 2010.With regards to the publishing of the interim report as per June 30, 2010 the extended reporting date has become necessary due to the preparation of data and calculations for the squeeze-out required at the Annual General Meeting on July 30, 2010 which have been leading to substantial extraordinary work load for the accounting and controlling capacities of the Company.
This delay does in no way mean that CWT shareholders do not receive prompt information of the actual development of the Company. At the AGM held on July 30, 2010 an extensive presentation of the actual development of the company including a detailed economic outlook was presented from the Management Board.
