Board of Directors (Appointments and Changes)
Subtitle: Planned changeover to Jürgen Zeschky completed on 1 March
Hamburg (euro adhoc) - Dr. Jürgen Zeschky (51) commenced his duties as Chief
Executive Officer of Nordex SE on 1 March 2012. The company´s Supervisory Board
had previously appointed him to this position in November 2011. The vacancy in
Nordex´s top-level management had arisen when his predecessor Thomas Richterich
declared that he would not be renewing his contract again in summer 2012.
With a doctorate degree in mechanical engineering, Zeschky had been head of the
industrial division of Voith Turbo since 2003, a business segment which
currently has revenues of around EUR 610 million and some 2,100 employees. "Dr.
Zeschky has the necessary profile to continue advancing the strategy of
returning to profitable growth which Nordex has adopted for 2012," said Uwe
Lüders, Chairman of Nordex SE´s Supervisory Board.
