Cuxhaven, May 27, 2009 - The wind-farm developer Plambeck Neue Energien AG (ISIN: DE000A0JBPG2) can possibly not achieve the forecast showings to the amount of an EBIT of 29 to 33 mill. Euro. The reason for this is the possible insolvency of the Dutch Econcern N.V. group, which notified suspension of its payments yesterday. Together with Econcern, Plambeck Neue Energien AG is developing the "Gode Wind I" offshore wind-farm project. If the financial close for this project is not in 2009, as planned, as a result of the problems with Econcern N.V., the EBIT of Plambeck Neue Energien AG in 2009 will prospectively amount to around 5 to 7 mill. Euro. Plambeck Neue Energien AG has a 10 per cent holding in the joint development company for the "Gode Wind I" project, Econcern N.V. 90 per cent. A realisation of the financial close, also with other partners, is being investigated.
