Notification pursuant to Sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG
1. We hereby give notice, pursuant to § 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on 6th of June, 2007 the percentage holding of the voting rights held by Amor Capital Management, LLC in SAF AG exceeded the threshold of 3% and at that date amounted to 3.20%. The total number of voting rights is 177,497. All of those voting rights are attributable pursuant to §22 para. 1 sent 1 no. 6 WpHG.
2. The shares are owned by Amor Capital Partners, LP (136,189 shares) and Amor Qualified, LP (41,308 shares), offshore funds managed by Amor Capital Management, LLC.
