option and divests another 19% of CROSS Immobilien AG as of 30 September 2012 to
CROSS Industries AG. UIAG achieves a reflux of funds in the amount of EUR 2.6m.
After the transaction UIAG still holds 5% of the shares of CROSS Immobilien AG.
