Dividend announcement
Pursuant to the resolution of the annual shareholders' meeting on 29 June 2015,
a dividend of EUR 0.12 will be paid for each share to the shareholders of our
company for the business year 2014 (less capital gains tax as legally
applicable).
The Frankfurt Stock Exchange will trade ex-dividend as of 2 July 2015; the
payment of the dividend will begin on 8 July 2015.
