Hörsching, March 28, 2007: POLYTEC HOLDING AG, today has started negotiations about the acquisition of the business and the assets of ISE INTEX Gmbh (Germany), now under receivership after it has filed for bankruptcy late in 2006.
The ISE INTEX business would be an excellent opportunity to expand the existing product range of the POLYTEC GROUP mainly for interior applications.
ISE INTEX had sales of approx. EUR 100 million in 2006. The core product of the company are textile injection-moulded pillars for the automotive interior. Main customers are Mercedes Benz Car Group, VW-Group and BMW.
