Schrobenhausen, June 26, 2006 - BAUER Aktiengesellschaft together with Deutsche Bank AG and the selling shareholder Deutsche Beteiligungs AG has set the price range within which purchase offers for shares of BAUER Aktiengesellschaft may be placed in connection with its Initial Public Offering at between EUR 16.50 and EUR 21.50 per share. The offering period will last for approx. five banking days. Interested investors will be able to submit orders for the up to 8,880,160 offered shares of the company in the period from June 27, 2006 to July 3, 2006. The offering period expires on July 3, 2006 at 12:00 noon (CEST) for retail investors and at 2:00 p.m. (CEST) for institutional investors.
