Pfaeffikon SZ, 9 November 2007 --- The Board of Directors of shaPE Capital AG has decided to simplify its management structure by replacing the full-time CEO position with a part-time Company Secretary function. In this context, Florian Siegfried, CEO of shaPE, will leave the company as per 31 December 2007 to pursue new professional opportunities. The Board of Directors thanks Florian Siegfried for his valuable contribution over the last two and a half years to the further development of shaPE and wishes him all the best for his professional and personal future.
The Board of Directors has appointed Simon Lamprecht as the Company Secretary of shaPE as of 1 January 2008. Simon Lamprecht (1973) studied Business Management specialising in Finance at the University of Zurich and has earned his doctor´s degree during his engagement as a research and teaching assistant at the Swiss Banking Institute of the University of Zurich. He joined Horizon21 in May 2007, where he will continue to work next to his new role as the Company Secretary of shaPE.
