New addition to Gate Gourmet Group Holding LLC's Board of Managers - Andreas Schmid becomes new Vice Chairman and Lead Manager of the Board of Managers

The Board of Managers and the Shareholders of Gate Gourmet Group Holding LLC have elected Andreas Schmid (50) as a new member of the company's Board of Managers. The Board has also elected Mr. Schmid as the Vice Chairman of the Board and the Lead Independent Manager.
David Siegel, Chairman of the Board and CEO of Gate Gourmet, commented on Andreas Schmid's election: "Gate Gourmet's board has been strengthened by the addition of a proven and experienced manager who has great knowledge of the airline industry and of local conditions. Andreas Schmid is, among other things, Chairman of Flughafen Zürich AG, Chairman of the German fragrance and flavorings manufacturer Symrise and Vice Chairman of Barry Callebaut AG.
