INVENTORISTE: Continuing Dynamic Growth in Activity in the First Half of 2007

Consolidated turnover for the first half of 2007 reached EUR 8.8
million, an improvement of 73% over the first half of 2006. This
performance is owed to growth of the retail sector and the rise in
home improvements.

The activity carried out by the parent company INVENTORISTE SA is
up 76% and includes services provided in Belgium. Its branch IVALIS
Belgium, founded in May, will not actually be operational until the
3rd quarter. IVALIS Spain posted growth of 22% while IVALIS Italy
multiplied its activity by 2.75.

Recruitment of a CEO

As part of the restructuring of INVENTORISTE in France, a CEO has
just been recruited. Emmanuel Beuret will take on the position of CEO
in of the French branch in the second half of the year, with the
specific goals of restructuring operational business units and
boosting productivity.

Emmanuel Beuret held various positions within the group Lyonnaise
des Eaux between 1988 and 2000, acted as Director of Operations at
Chateaud'Eau France (Suez Group) from 2000 to 2003, then as CEO of
Munters Services France beginning in 2003.

As a reminder, INVENTORISTE was transferred to Alternext last June
18 and has been quoted nonstop ever since.

Founded in 1991, INVENTORISTE specializes in warehouse
outsourcing, chiefly in the retail sector.
