Roedental, July 2, 2010 - In the course of the negotiations regarding the Long-term Group financing of Zapf Creation the lenders have not agreed to waive compliance with key financial covenants beyond June 30, 2010. Nevertheless, the constructive negotiations with the lenders are being continued. Mr. Isaac Larian, who together with his family and by using certain trusts is the majority shareholder of Zapf Creation, has declared that he is willing to buy part of the loans currently held by the lenders at certain conditions to be ultimately negotiated and determined. The company continues to be confident that the negotiations regarding the financing will lead to a positive result.
