Büdelsdorf, 29th September 2008 - The supervisory board of freenet AG has appointed Joachim Preisig, 45, as the company's Chief Operations & Integrations Officer, effective immediately. Preisig has served as Chief Financial Officer of the debitel group since November 2006. In his new position, he will play a key role in designing and managing the integration process between freenet AG and the debitel group.?
Further to this announcement, Mr. Axel Krieger, Chief Financial Officer of freenet AG, has been appointed Deputy CEO of freenet AG.
