redundancy programme with the workers´ council at the Stuttgart site
ad-hoc disclosure pursuant to section 15 of the WpHG transmitted by euro adhoc with the aim of a Europe-wide distribution. The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement.

Büdelsdorf, 06 April 2009 - freenet Group today signed a reconciliation of interests and redundancy programme, related to the restructuring concept for the Mobile Communications segment (which was presented in November 2008), with the workers´ council at the Stuttgart site. The agreement means that significant parts of the concept can now begin to be implemented. No agreement has been reached yet for the Elmshorn site.
