Büdelsdorf, 14 August 2009 - Mr Eric Berger has resigned his seat on the freenet AG Executive Board with effect from 30 September 2009. He will, however, continue to serve the company in a consultative capacity until 31 March 2010. The Supervisory Board thanks Mr Eric Berger for his untiring and exceedingly successful efforts on the Board.
