2 July, 2009 - InCity Immobilien AG, which is specialised in planning and realising high-quality properties in central urban locations, has appointed Friedrich Schwab to the Managing Board as CFO effective June 23, 2009. The 55 year-old originally comes from Würzburg and is also the Chairman of the Managing Board of informica real invest AG, in which InCity and a private financial investor took over the majority stake at the beginning of April this year. Friedrich Schwab has held a number of executive positions in the banking industry and real estate sector and can look back on longstanding industry and project experience in funding.
The Managing Board of InCity Immobilien AG is made up of André Peto, responsible for Marketing, Sales and Investor Relations as well as Klaus Prokop who is in charge of Real Estate Purchasing, Project Management, Technology and Quality Management. Klaus Prokop has also been appointed to the Managing Board of informica real invest AG.
