Mit Schreiben vom 13. März 2007 teilt uns Pictet Overseas Trust Corporation Limited, Nassau, Bahamas, wie folgt mit:
"Notification of voting rights ("Stimmrechtsmitteilung") according
to section 41 para. 4a of the German Securities Trading Act
(Wertpapierhandelsgesetz - "WpHG")We, Pictet Overseas Trust Corporation Limited as Trustee of the Orbis Holdings Trust notify according to section 41 para. 4a sentence 1 of the WpHG that our proportion of voting rights in your company, Medion AG, Am Zehnthof 77, 45307 Essen, Germany, amounted to 15.48% (7492873 voting rights) as at 20 January 2007.
Thereof 15.48% (7492873 voting rights) were allocated to us according to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 and 6 and sentence 2 WpHG.
The voting rights allocated to us are held by the following companies, each of which holds 3 or more percent of voting rights in Medion AG:
. Orbis Global Equity Fund Limited (9.80% - 4744944 voting rights)
. Orbis SICAV - Global Equity Fund (3.42% - 1654097 voting rights)"Des Weiteren teilt uns Orbis World Limited, Hamilton, Bermuda, mit Schreiben vom 13. März 2007 wie folgt mit:
