Citadel Kensington Global Strategies Fund Ltd., George Town Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands has informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on 5 June 2007 the voting interest of Citadel Kensington Global Strategies Fund Ltd. in Versatel AG exceeded the threshold of 3% and on this date amounted to 3,035% (this corresponds to 1,335,354 voting rights).
3,035% of these voting rights (this corresponds to 1,335,354 shares) are attributable to Citadel Kensington Global Strategies Fund Ltd. in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 of the WpHG. These voting rights were held directly by Citadel Horizon S.a.r.l. Citadel Horizon S.a.r.l. is a subsidiary of Citadel Equity Fund Limited which is itself a subsidiary of Citadel Holdings Ltd. which is itself a subsidiary of Citadel Kensington Global Strategies Fund Ltd.
Citadel Holdings Ltd., Chicago, Illinois, USA has informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on 5 June 2007 the voting interest of Citadel Holdings Ltd. in Versatel AG exceeded the threshold of 3% and on this date amounted to 3,035% (this corresponds to 1,335,354 voting rights).
3,035% of these voting rights(this corresponds to 1,335,354 shares) are attributable to Citadel Holdings Ltd. in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 of the WpHG. These voting rights were held directly by Citadel Horizon S.a.r.l. Citadel Horizon S.a.r.l. is a subsidiary of Citadel Equity Fund Limited which is itself a subsidiary of Citadel Holdings Ltd.
Citadel Equity Fund Limited, George Town Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands has informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on 5 June 2007 the voting interest of Citadel Equity Fund Limited in Versatel AG exceeded the threshold of 3% and on this date amounted to 3,035% (this corresponds to 1,335,354 voting rights).
3,035% of these voting rights(this corresponds to 1,335,354 shares) are attributable to Citadel Equity Fund Limited in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 of the WpHG. These voting rights were held directly by Citadel Horizon S.a.r.l. Citadel Horizon S.a.r.l. is a subsidiary of Citadel Equity Fund Limited.
Citadel Horizon S.a.r.l., Munsbach, Luxembourg has informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on 5 June 2007 Citadel Horizon S.a.r.l., exceeded the 3% threshold and directly held 3,035 % of the voting rights (i.e. 1,335,354 shares) in Versatel AG.

Citadel Investment Group (Europe) Limited, London, United Kingdom has informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that Citadel Investment Group (Europe) Limited exceeded the 3% threshold on 5 June 2007 and held 3,035% of the voting rights in Versatel AG (1,335,354 shares). It was attributed these 3.035% of the voting rights in Versatel AG according to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG. These voting rights were held directly by Citadel Horizon S.a.r.l., in relation to which Citadel Investment Group (Europe) Limited acts as its Investment Manager.
Citadel Investment Group LLC, Chicago, USA has informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that Citadel Investment Group LLC exceeded the 3% threshold on 5 June 2007 and held 3,035% of the voting rights in Versatel AG (i.e. 1,335,354 shares). It was attributed these 3.035% of the voting rights in Versatel AG according to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with Sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 2 WpHG. These voting rights were held directly by Citadel Horizon S.a.r.l. Citadel Investment Group LLC is the parent company of Citadel Investment Group Limited (Europe) which acts as Investment Manager of Citadel Equity Fund Limited and Citadel Horizon S.a.r.l.
