CFO leaves Versatel
Düsseldorf, 16 April 2010 - Dr Max Padberg today informed the Supervisory Board of Versatel AG about his resignation as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Board effective April 30th. The financial expert is leaving Versatel AG of his own volition and intends to pursue new opportunities.
For the time being, the Supervisory Board of Versatel entrusted Chief Executive Officer Alain D. Bandle with the responsibility for the finance department. The company is confident to fill the CFO vacancy soon.
