Bene buys Germany’s Till Group  Vienna/Waidhofen an der Ybbs, 9
November 2006. Vienna Stock Exchange listed Bene AG has acquired all
the shares in Germany’s Till Group. The purchase price was not
disclosed.  The Till Group, which has been a Bene AG distributor
since 1996, is a successful specialist office furniture distributor
in Germany with a prospective turnover in financial 2005/06 of EUR
7.7 million.

With the exit of the previous owner, Bene is taking over two
flourishing operations, in Stuttgart and Villingen-Schwennigen,
further strengthening its position in the prosperous
Baden-Württemberg region. Bene and the Till Group have already
successfully cooperated in supplying such international customers as
Altana and Burda.

Germany is the biggest market for office furniture in Europe and Bene
now has a total of 14 outlets.
