SYGNIS Pharma AG announces today that the following financial reports will be
published in the Fiscal Year 2007/2008:

1. Consolidated interim financial statement as of June 30th,
2007("3-Months-Report") will be released on August 14th, 2007
2. Consolidated interim financial statement as of September 30th, 2007
("Half-Year-Report") will be released on November 13th, 2007
3. Consolidated interim financial statement as of December 31st, 2007
("Nine-Months-Report") will be released on February 12th, 2008

Each report will be published on the Website of SYGNIS Pharma AG.
