Am 21. Dezember ist es soweit: Im Gourmet-Himmel auf 2.300 Meter ziehen mit dem The Japanese by The Chedi Andermatt und Gütsch bei Markus Neff gleich zwei Sterneköche und ihre Konzepte an die Bergstation des Gütsch-Express. Mastermind hinter dem höchstgelegenen japanischen Restaurant der Schweiz ist Chefkoch Dietmar Sawyere, der schon für das Stammrestaurant The Japanese im The Chedi Andermatt einen Michelin-Stern erkochte. Chefkoch Markus Neff und sein mit 18 Gault&Millau Punkten ausgezeichnetes Team bringen klaren und simplen Genuss mit lokalen Produkten auf den Teller.
Grand opening on December 21: With The Japanese by The Chedi Andermatt and Gütsch by Markus Neff, two star chefs and their restaurant concepts at the Gütsch-Express mountain station at 2,300 metres will shine in the gourmet heavens. The mastermind behind the highest Japanese restaurant in Switzerland is executive chef Dietmar Sawyere, who has already earned a Michelin star for the main restaurant The Japanese in The Chedi Andermatt. Head chef Markus Neff and his team, with 18 Gault&Millau points, are using local products to put clear and simple pleasure on the plate.
Il 21 dicembre 2019 è alle porte. La mente che sta dietro al ristorante giapponese più alto della Svizzera è lo chef Dietmar Sawyere, che si è già aggiudicato una stella Michelin per il suo ristorante principale The Japanese all'interno del The Chedi Andermatt. Lo chef Markus Neff e la sua brigata, che ha conquistato 18 punti GaultMillau, portano in tavola una cucina dai sapori autentici, caratterizzata dai prodotti locali.
