Telekom Austria Group: Telekom Finanzmanagement GmbH Plans to Issue a
Benchmark-Sized Eurobond Transaction (Ad-hoc)
Vienna, 26 March 2012: Today, the Telekom Austria Group (VSE: TKA, OTC US:
TKAGY) announces that its finance subsidiary, Telekom Finanzmanagement GmbH (the
"Issuer"), plans to issue a benchmark-sized senior unsecured Eurobond (the
"Notes"), subject to market conditions. The Notes will be guaranteed by Telekom
Austria AG.
The Notes will be launched off its newly established EUR 2.5 billion Euro Medium
Term Note Programme.
This information is neither an offer nor a solicitation for an offer to purchase
Notes. The offer of Notes of the Issuer (the "Offer") is solely made on the
basis of a prospectus (the "Prospectus") which has been approved by the
Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) of the Grand Dutchy of
Luxembourg and published in electronic form on the website of the Luxembourg
Stock Exchange (www.bourse.lu) and a copy of which is available free of charge
at the office of the Issuer at 1020 Vienna, Lassallestraße 9. Only the
information contained in the Prospectus is binding in connection with the Offer.
