phion AG announces that it was informed by Barracuda Networks, Inc.
that during the additional acceptance period pursuant to § 19 Abs 3
Austrian Takeover Act ("Übernahmegesetz"), which ended on 29 December
2009, the public tender offer pursuant to § 25a Austrian Takeover Act
("Übernahmegesetz") was accepted for 21,224 shares of phion AG.
Furthermore, phion AG announces that it was informed by Barracuda
Networks, Inc. that, following the acquisition of these 21,224
shares, Barracuda Networks, Inc. holds 638,025 shares of phion AG,
representing approximately 79.75% of the total share capital and the
