Montreal Company Premier Muzik International Corporation Buys an Unreleased Recording by the Beatles in an Internet Auction

Gino Olivieri, founder of Premier Muzik International Corporation, a Montreal company that administers and redistributes royalties to such artists as Red Hot Chili Peppers, Metallica, Bob Sinclar and Andrea Bocelli, has realized one of his fondest dreams by becoming the winning bidder for an unreleased recording by The Beatles, in an Internet auction by Cameo Auctions on August 5, 2008.
The newly discovered 30-minute recording is without doubt every collectors dream for music Memorabilia. It includes versions of a number of songs written by John Lennon and Paul McCartney, as well as their cover versions from other artists and the only known recorded version of "Don't Put Me Down Like This".
Mr. Olivieri has not yet given thought to what he will do with the recording in future. "We're proud to have gotten hold of a piece of music history, and we're really excited to hear what's on the tape. This is an important acquisition for Premier Muzik International Corporation," he says.
Mr. Olivieri waited for hours to acquire these historic tapes recorded by the group whose music was an integral part of his youth and which he is still passionate about today. "This recording is worth much more than the price we paid for it," he adds.
