Translation Amendments to Annual Report 2009 (German Version)
Jersey, 28 May 2010. Atrium European Real Estate Limited
(ATX/Euronext: ATRS) ("Atrium" or the "Company"), announces that it
has made the following amendments to the German version of its annual
report for the year to 31 December 2009:]* Page 1: The title has been changed to "Jahresfinanzbericht". * Pages 39 and 48: The word "Geschaftsbericht" has been replaced by "Jahresfinanzbericht" in each instance. * Pages 111-112: The Independent auditor's report has been translated into German.
The remaining content of the report, including the financial results, remain unchanged, as published on 15 March 2010.
