NOTIFICATION OF INTEREST IN SHARES
Jersey, 30 January 2012. Atrium European Real Estate Limited ("the Company")
(VSE/Euronext: ATRS) announces that it has been notified by Gazit Gaia Limited
(an affiliate of Gazit-Globe Ltd.) that, following the acquisition of shares
with voting rights, its interest in Atrium European Real Estate Limited reached
and exceeded the threshold of 5% on 25 January 2012.
As a result of this acquisition, on 25 January 2012 Gazit Gaia Limited held in
total 19,178,167 voting rights in Atrium European Real Estate Limited
(19,178,167 shares each carrying one vote) which represented 5.14% of the
voting rights of Atrium European Real Estate Limited.
Following this notification, Gazit-Globe Ltd.´s total combined holdings in the
Company represent 33.28% of the total equity, and 32.85% on a fully diluted
basis.
