Charlotte Wall and Leonard Welter Join Data Explorers

Data Explorers, the leading provider of benchmarking information to the Securities Financing Industry and short-side intelligence to the Investment Management community, has appointed Charlotte Wall as Managing Director in Specialist Sales and Leonard Welter as Chief Technology Officer.
About Charlotte Wall
Charlotte Wall joins Data Explorers from Morgan Stanley where she headed their European Equity Finance desk and their international product. She was responsible for creating the products and developing the team that was awarded the number one borrower by the International Securities Finance (ISF) survey for eight years in a row. She was also an integral part of Morgan Stanley's Hedge Fund Management Team and Client Relationship Management Committee. Ms Wall joined Morgan Stanley in 1992 and was promoted to Managing Director in 2003.
Charlotte will report to Christopher Holmes, Sales Director.

About Leonard Welter
Leonard Welter has ten years of securities lending trading and technology development experience. He joins Data Explorers from Morgan Stanley where he was an Executive Director. At Morgan Stanley he was responsible for the global development of new securities lending analytic tools and trading systems. He was also responsible for European securities lending portfolio pricing and trading. Leonard has an MBA from the London Business School.
Leonard will report to Jonathan Morris, Chief Operating Officer.
